How long does shipping take?
Orders are handmade in small batches and ship within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a set amount. Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are handmade skincare, we handle returns case by case to keep things safe and hygienic, and we'll always work with you to make it right.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry. Email us a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.
