Orders & Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Because everything is handmade in small batches, orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment yours is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over a set amount. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Please confirm with Silvana. If international shipping is offered, rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move quickly to get orders out, so contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Reach out within 30 days of delivery. Because these are handmade skincare products, returns are handled case by case for safety and hygiene, and we'll always work with you to make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
We're sorry. Email a photo of the item and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away.
Can I exchange a product?
If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, contact us. We'll help you find a better match and walk you through next steps.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Our products are vegan and cruelty-free, made with organic and naturally derived ingredients, and free from parabens and added fragrance.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle, and many are hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic. If you have a known allergy or a skin condition, we always recommend a patch test first.
How should I patch test?
Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. If there's no irritation, you're good to use it on your face.
What is the shelf life of my products?
Because they're handmade with natural ingredients and minimal preservatives, use within the timeframe noted on the packaging and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Are your products pregnancy-safe?
Some actives, such as retinol, are best avoided during pregnancy. Please check with your doctor and reach out to us, and we'll point you to pregnancy-friendly options.
Using Your Products
In what order do I apply my products?
As a general rule: cleanse, then apply serums (lightest to heaviest), then moisturizer, and finish with sunscreen in the morning. Each product page lists its recommended step.
How often should I use exfoliating products?
For scrubs and masks, twice a week is plenty for most skin. Always follow with moisturizer, and use sunscreen daily when using active ingredients.
Can I use retinol and vitamin C together?
Yes, but many people prefer vitamin C in the morning and retinol at night. Introduce actives slowly and always pair them with daily SPF.
